    Water fed poles was introduced into the industry 30 years ago. The poles make use of a specially filtered water that also eliminates the need for a detergent to be added, which in turn means there is no need to climb up and rub off a window to get that high shine finish

  • Can they scratch the glass?

    Our brushes can NOT scratch the glass! They have been designed using the best soft bristle to guarantee your glass won't be scratched. 




    If you believe our brush has scratched your glass we will happily allow you to try re-scratch the glass using the brush for you to see it is impossible 

  • Is anything added to the water?

    No, nothing else is added to the water to clean the windows. All the water is filtered, this is nature’s cleaning solution without chemicals or artificial cleaners involved and therefore is of no harm to the environment

  • Why is there water still on the glass?

    There will always be water left on the glass so please don't worry. The water is pure and filtered meaning when it evaporates it will not leave any smears

  • Will ladders be needed?

    No, ladders won't be needed when water fed pole is used to clean the windows. The only reason we would use ladders is for access
