  • My windows was left wet!

    This is perfectly normally, please don't worry. We use the latest technology to clean your windows. We use pure water to clean all windows and frame work. This will mean we will leave water on the glass when we leave but have no fear! It will evaporate and leave the glass smear free – and if it’s doesn’t we’re re-clean for free!

  • I didn't see you?

    A lot of the time people don't see us. We come and go quite quick, please look at the glass and make sure there dirty before complaining please

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We take all payment methods. Cash, PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card (we have a card machine). Please note if you pay with cash, make sure your window cleaner gives you a receipt. If you pay via PayPal or Bank Transfer please put your address as the reference or we may not be able to match you as paid off

  • Can I make a complaint?

    You have 24 hours to make a complaint on the work that was completed on your property. You will be required to provide the evidence of any problems. Please note free birds mess will not be re-cleaned by our team.

  • How long do I have to pay?

    We ask that you make your payment asap. We give a maximum of 48 hours to make a payment. If you are going to be away on holiday for a while please do let us know and we can give a few more days to make payment if needed. Failure to make payment will lead to us selling the debt to a debt collection agency taking it out of our hands

  • Sky Light doesn't look that clean?

    Unfortunately Sky Lights are hard to keep looking really clean and they take a lot of care to clean. Please give it time and soon they will start looking better

  • Do you have any branches overseas?

  • I'm not happy with my clean

    Please contact us asap, within the 24 hours of us cleaning your property. We will send an operatives back to your property to re-clean if we think something has been missed or not done properly

  • What if I don't pay?

    We will add late fees on top. After a period of time of you not paying we will sell the dept to a debt collection agency, it will then be out of our hands. Debt collection fee will be passed on even on small amounts

Cancelation

  • Can I cancel?

    You have the right to cancel your window cleaning services when ever you want. We do require 24 hour notices before your next clean. Failure to do so will mean our operatives will still clean your proeprty and you will be fully charged. 



    If you cancel within the 24 hour period before your clean and deman us still not to attend your property we will not attend but you will still be charged.

  • Can I cancel on the day?

    No, we ask you to cancel your clean 24 hour prior notice to your clean. 

  • Can I cancel if it's raining?

    Our operatives carry on cleaning during raining days. We have the latest technology, using pure water it will still leave your windows clean even during the rain. If you fill your windows are still dirty after the rain, we will attend your property again free of charge and re-clean (if we agree there still dirty)  

  • Is there a cancelation fee?

    There isn't a cancelation fee if you cancel your clean 24 hour prior to your next clean. Canceling during the 24 hours before your next clean will accure a full charge
